Life change doesn't happen overnight, it's like anything worthwhile, it requires commitment and time.  After our first meeting you will walk away with a sense of clarity and confidence but it only begins there.  During our sessions, I get to know you, your goals, your vision, and your limitations.  We work together and help you set and realize your goals through creating actionable plans of action. This, however, requires both critical thought and intentional risk taking. In our sessions we aren't there just to talk about it but to be about it. 

Each  session is 60 minutes long and will be some of the best time investment that you commit to. Whether you participate in a one-on-one session with me or if you are part of a growth group, you will go deep. I'm not a therapist or a counselor, but I am committed to helping you work through your core experiences in order to capitalize on areas of strength and areas that need growth.  We will talk deeply.  We will plan energetically, and we will execute deliberately.  You will always walk away from a session with hope, confidence, and action steps.
